Samantha Hosea, M.A., LPC
Gentle Waters Counseling

My name is Samantha Hosea, but just call me Sam. I’m an East Texas native that just couldn’t stand to leave Texas. I’ve been a counselor since 2016 and love getting to know my clients and the beautiful and complicated stories that make up their lives. In my experience my clients don’t need an expert in the room, they need a human being that cares about them, their pain, their joy, and their world.

If a client has insurance that I accept then I use Headway to bill BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna. I can also provide a superbill as an out of network provider to my clients for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If a client does not have insurance or has one I am not in network with then my out of pocket cost is $120 per session.

Lori Coon, M.A., LPC

In my opinion, we could all use a therapist. A place where we feel judgment free and secure in the fact that someone isn’t going to tell our deepest, darkest secrets if they become upset with us. I’m currently employed full time at a mental health facility. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) & Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) working with all types of individuals who struggle with maintaining a productive life and a healthy thought process in spite of mental illness. I enjoy working with all ages and genders.

I see clients on Sundays and am private pay. My rate is $100 for individuals and $130 for couples.

Chandler Lowther, M.Ed., LPC
Chandler Lowther Counseling Services

As someone who has been a school counselor I realize that a child’s mental health is often times directly correlated to their parents mental health. For that reason I love serving children and or adults that struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also have a huge heart for those who are in need of pregnancy related counseling. Those dealing with loss, infertility, or postpartum depression are a population that is underserved and in need of mental health assistance.

I see clients at SCA on Fridays. I accept insurance through Headway and am credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and Medicaid. My private pay rate is $100 per hour.
